Aune Valley Meat has a well-earned reputation as a traditional family-run business selling a top quality product to the retail and catering trade.

Aune Valley prides itself on rearing most of the beef on its own farm with farmer Roger Winzer over seeing the full trace ability from birth to shop. Local stock is taken by own transport to the abattoir with full concern for animal’s welfare & stress. Beef is returned to the shop by refrigerated transport & hung for 14 days before butchering.
Lamb comes from two local farms, Edward Drake of Chillington and Stuart Winzer of Lixton Farm within a 10-mile radius from Aune Valley.
Pork is of the highest quality, reared by Tim Stockwell of Rose Farm, Woolston.
Poultry is free range and purchased from reputable suppliers including Creedy Carver & Mc Kelly of Crediton along with local producer Sladesdown Meats of Ashburton.
Aune Valley holds a Game Dealer License, providing all game when in season when required. Locally sourced Venison, Partridge, Pheasant, Rabbit and Quail Etc.
